Creative Direction

- - Director: Tracy Rose
  - Staging Style: Black-and-white aesthetic for most of the cast, with zombies in color — a visual homage to original film.
  - Choreography: Fight scenes designed with wrestling expertise (Zach Spencer).
  - Zombie Design: Each zombie has a unique backstory, makeup, and costume tailored by the creative team.
