MCMH Launches Pilot Transportation Program With SWITA

Montgomery County Memorial Hospital and Clinics is heading into the holiday season with a new service designed to help patients get to their appointments.  Community Relations Director Jamie Werges and Clinics Navigator and social worker Christie Welter joined us to talk about the MCMH–SWITA Pilot Transportation Program, holiday schedules, and the importance of mental health support this time of year.
