Mills County Sheriff’s Office Reports Four Arrests

GLENWOOD, Iowa — The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports four arrests from May 25 through May 31.

According to the arrest press log, 36-year-old Bradley Joseph Daly of Council Bluffs was arrested Tuesday, May 26, at 4:31 p.m. by the Mills County Sheriff’s Office. Daly was arrested on I-29/U.S. Highway 34 near Pacific Junction and charged with possession of a controlled substance, first, second or third offense. Bond was listed at $1,000.

The sheriff’s office also reports 37-year-old Nicholas Joseph Riedler of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested Thursday, May 28, at 11:01 a.m. on South Locust Street in Glenwood. Riedler was charged with OWI, third offense. Bond was listed at $5,000.

On Saturday, May 30, 62-year-old Brian Paul Doerr of Henderson was arrested at 7:19 p.m. on Maple Street in Henderson. Doerr was charged with trespass, first offense. Bond was listed at $300.

Later that same day, 24-year-old Edvin NMN Escobar Ortega of Schuyler, Nebraska, was arrested at 11:47 p.m. on 190th Street near Pacific Junction. Escobar Ortega was charged with OWI, first offense. Bond was listed at $1,000.

All four arrests were made by the Mills County Sheriff’s Office.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
