RED OAK, Iowa – On Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at approximately 11:39 p.m., deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 3200 block of 230th Street.
Upon further investigation, deputies arrested 50-year-old Shayne Colton Magnuson of Villisca for driving under suspension.
Magnuson was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was held on a $491.25 bond.
