Red Oak, Iowa — The Red Oak Police Department reports the arrest of 45-year-old Justin Wake and 46-year-old Jennifer Wake of Randolph, Iowa, on Sunday, August 23, 2026, at approximately 6:53 p.m. for harassment in the third degree.
The arrests stem from an incident at the KFC/Taco Bell restaurant in the 400 block of Senate Avenue in Red Oak. Montgomery County deputies located and stopped the defendants on Highway 34 near Emerson in response to the reported call.
Justin Wake faces additional charges of OWI first offense, child endangerment, and an open container violation from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. Jennifer Wake faces additional charges of child endangerment and an open container violation from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Justin Wake is being held on $3,300 bond. Jennifer Wake is being held on $2,300 bond.
