The Mills County Sheriff’s Office released its weekly arrest report covering April 13 through April 19, 2026

GLENWOOD, Iowa — The Mills County Sheriff’s Office released its weekly arrest report covering April 13 through April 19, 2026, detailing 11 arrests across the county.

According to the report, the following individuals were taken into custody:

On April 13 at 6:15 p.m., deputies arrested 32-year-old Alyssa Marie Edfors of Clinton on Big Lake Road in Council Bluffs on a charge of failure to appear. Bond was set at $2,000.

Later that evening at 7:53 p.m., 31-year-old Brandon Michael Pendergast of Minden, Nebraska, was arrested on Sharp Street in Glenwood for failure to appear. No bond amount was listed.

At 9:52 p.m. on April 13, 48-year-old Adrian Charles Bauer of Emerson was arrested on Manchester Street in Emerson and charged with harassment of a public official/employee and interference with official acts. Bond was set at $300 on each charge.

On April 14 at 7:39 p.m., 46-year-old Helen Elaine Tuper of Malvern was arrested on East 11th Street in Malvern for assault causing bodily injury. Bond was set at $1,000.

Authorities reported that on April 15 at 7:42 a.m., 35-year-old Travis Jordan Cornwall of Plattsmouth, Nebraska, was arrested at ½ Prospect Avenue in Malvern on a charge of third-degree sexual abuse involving a physically helpless person. Bond was set at $10,000.

At 8:44 p.m. on April 15, 55-year-old Guy Alexander Barnes of Council Bluffs was arrested on Indian Avenue in Hastings on two counts of assault while displaying a dangerous weapon. Bond was set at $2,000 on each count.

At 10:40 p.m. that same night, deputies arrested 59-year-old Dodd Paul Butler of Missouri Valley on Sharp Street in Glenwood for violation of probation. Bond was set at $2,000.

Also at 10:40 p.m. on April 15, 38-year-old Daniella Jane Sharp of Hooper, Nebraska, was arrested on U.S. Highway 34 east of Malvern and charged with second-degree theft involving more than $1,500 but less than $10,000. Bond was set at $5,000.

On April 17 at 5:19 p.m., 32-year-old Sierra Kay Falkena of Malvern was arrested on East 5th Street in Malvern for domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury, first offense. Bond was set at $1,000.

Shortly after midnight on April 18 at 12:33 a.m., 50-year-old John Chester Tyler of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on Interstate 29 north near Pacific Junction for operating while under the influence, first offense. Bond was set at $1,000.

Later that evening at 8:03 p.m., 35-year-old Alyssa Marie Johnson was arrested on Brothers Avenue in Henderson and charged with domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury, first offense. Bond was set at $1,000.

All arrests were conducted by the Mills County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities remind the public that all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
