The Cass County Sheriff’s Office has released the following arrests covering the period from July 30, 2026, through August 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
August 1, 2026 – Crystal Kay Namanny, 43, of Atlantic, was arrested on charges of OWI – 1st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Marijuana – 1st. Namanny was transported to the Cass County Jail, booked, and released on bond.
August 2, 2026 – Marshall Everett Harris, 21, of Anita, was arrested on charges of OWI – 1st, Eluding – Speed 25 Over Limit, and Carrying a Weapon While Intoxicated. Harris was transported to the Cass County Jail, booked, and released on bond.
August 4, 2026 – Jacky Ray Walters, 39, of Davenport, was arrested on four counts of Sex Abuse in the 3rd Degree, Kidnapping in the 1st Degree, Assault with Bodily Injury, and three counts of Assault. Walters was transported to the Cass County Jail, booked, and held.
August 5, 2026 – Sarah Jo Porter, 30, of Cumberland, was arrested on four counts of Possession of Controlled Substances. Porter was transported to the Cass County Jail, booked, and released on bond.
August 5, 2026 – Boston Lee Shupe, 25, of Anita, was arrested on the charge of Possession of Marijuana – 3rd Offense. Shupe was transported to the Cass County Jail, booked, and released on bond.
August 6, 2026 – Kantauo Siwiter Mark, 46, of Atlantic, was arrested on a charge of Violation of Probation. Mark was transported to the Cass County Jail, booked, and held.
