Creston Police: Two arrests reported Feb. 21

The Creston Police Department reported two arrests on Feb. 21, according to a departmental press release.

At about 7:30 a.m., Brenda Ellen Williams, 46, of 108 S. Sumner, was arrested at 816 N. Sycamore St. Williams was charged with fifth-degree theft (possess/control under $300). Police said she was cited and released on a promise to appear.

Later that night, at about 11:24 p.m., Robyn Liane Blazek, 36, of 828 4th St., Prescott, was arrested at 302 N. Pine St. Blazek was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense. Police said she was transported to the Union County Jail, where she posted a $1,000 cash-only bond.
