Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports four arrests in Feb. 16–22

The Mills County Sheriff’s Office released its arrest press log covering Feb. 16, 2026, through Feb. 22, 2026. The log lists four arrests handled by the Mills County Sheriff’s Office.

Arrests listed

Feb. 16, 2026
Collin Darrel Ollis, 19, of Bellevue, Nebraska, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. in the 221st Street area of Glenwood. Ollis was charged with reckless driving. Bond was listed at $300.

Feb. 18, 2026
Shawna Kay Bolton, 41, of Hastings, Nebraska, was arrested at 5:33 p.m. in the 190th Street area of Pacific Junction. Bolton was charged with possession of a controlled substance (1st, 2nd or 3rd offense), possession of drug paraphernalia, and ongoing criminal conduct (enterprise). Bond was listed as $0 for the possession of a controlled substance charge, $300 for possession of drug paraphernalia, and $26,000 for ongoing criminal conduct (enterprise).

Russell William Davis, 56, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested at 5:59 p.m. in the 190th Street area of Pacific Junction. Davis was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, ongoing criminal conduct (enterprise), and theft in the second degree (fraud) involving property valued over $1,500 and under $10,000. Bond was listed as $300 for possession of drug paraphernalia, $30,000 for ongoing criminal conduct (enterprise), and $0 for second-degree theft.

Feb. 21, 2026

Sherrie Ann Schoenfelder, 40, of Fremont, Nebraska, was arrested at 3:03 p.m. on Interstate 29 northbound near the 40-mile marker in the Council Bluffs area. Schoenfelder was charged with manufacture/delivery/possession with intent involving LSD, and operating while intoxicated, second offense. Bond was listed at $2,000 for the OWI second offense charge
