MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Iowa — A Villisca woman was arrested Saturday night following a traffic stop in Montgomery County.
According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrested 27-year-old Shelby Anne Nelson of Villisca at approximately 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 13, in the 3200 block of Highway 34.
Nelson was charged with operating while intoxicated, second offense, an aggravated misdemeanor. She was also cited for open container.
Nelson was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where she was being held on $2,000 bond at the time of the release.
