9. Secondary Roads Update
a. approve Resolution 2026-22 to permanently remove stop signs on the north and south sides of
Railroad Bridge FF3104 on L Avenue following construction of the new bridge.
10. Veterans Affairs
a. Approve/Disapprove request for the use of the Courthouse parking lot for Hot Dog Days May
21st and 26th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
11. New Business
a. Approve claims payable for Wednesday March 25, 2026, in the amount of $190,718.38
b. Set the date for Montgomery County FY2027 Budget Adoption for April 14, 2026, at 9:15
a.m.
c. Discuss appointment on the REAP committee with action as necessary
12. Discuss and start agenda items for the next meeting:
