Mills County Sheriff’s Office Reports Two Arrests

MILLS COUNTY, Iowa — The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reported two arrests in its press log covering June 15 through June 21, 2026.

Clinton Jeffrey Moore, 60, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested June 17 at 9:35 p.m. near 415th Street in Henderson. Moore was charged with third-degree burglary and first-degree theft over $10,000. Bond was listed at $5,000 for the burglary charge and $10,000 for the theft charge.

Shania Lea Hass, 30, of Bellevue, Nebraska, was arrested June 19 at 1:00 a.m. on Interstate 29 South near Council Bluffs. Hass was charged with first-offense OWI. Bond was listed at $1,000.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
