Montgomery County Extension Hiring Part-Time Program Assistant

Montgomery County ISU Extension Director Sadie Lindgren said the position is for approximately 10 to 15 hours per week, depending on the week.

The person hired will help present Pick a Better Snack programming to second and third graders at three local schools in Montgomery County: Villisca, Stanton and Red Oak. The position will also assist with other youth programming as needed, including after-school programs, Clover Kids and school enrichment activities.

Lindgren said experience working with youth and delivering programs or curriculum would be helpful, but training will be provided.
