Red Oak Man Arrested on Domestic Assault Charge

A Red Oak man was arrested Tuesday night on a domestic assault charge.

According to the Red Oak Police Department, officers arrested 32-year-old Cody Benjamin Carrol Johnson of Red Oak at approximately 9:10 p.m. Tuesday, July 7. The arrest occurred in the 200 block of West Reed Street.

Johnson was charged with domestic assault, first offense, a simple misdemeanor. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and was being held on no bond.
