Red Oak man arrested for violating no-contact order

RED OAK — The Red Oak Police Department reports the arrest of a Red Oak man for allegedly violating a no-contact protection order.

Officers arrested 30-year-old Andrew Michael Brammer at approximately 9 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, in the 400 block of East Market Street. Brammer was charged with violation of a no-contact/protection order, a simple misdemeanor.

Brammer was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was being held without bond at the time the information was released.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
