RED OAK — The Red Oak Police Department reports the arrest of a Red Oak man on a domestic abuse assault charge.
According to the department, officers arrested 22-year-old Brayden Eugene Johnson at approximately 10 a.m. Thursday, July 23, in the 700 block of East Market Street.
Johnson was charged with domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury, first offense, an aggravated misdemeanor.
He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was being held without bond pending an initial court appearance.
Johnson is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
