Red Oak Police Arrest Two on East Valley Street

Red Oak, Iowa – August 10, 2026

On Sunday, August 9, 2026, at approximately 6:55 p.m., officers with the Red Oak Police Department responded to the 200 block of East Valley Street and made two arrests.

Tyler Douglas Jones, 35, of Red Oak, was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. He is being charged with Domestic Abuse Assault – First Offense, a simple misdemeanor, and Child Endangerment, an aggravated misdemeanor. At the time of this report, Jones was being held on no bond.

Madison Marie Jones, 37, of Red Oak, was also taken into custody at the same location and charged with Child Endangerment, an aggravated misdemeanor. She was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and is being held on a $2,000 bond.
