GLENWOOD, Iowa — The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reported 16 arrests during the period of July 27 through August 9, 2026.
Samuel Lee Kanoski, 18, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested July 28 on Jesup Avenue in Pacific Junction. He was charged with third-degree burglary involving a vehicle and first-offense trafficking in stolen weapons. Bond on the weapons charge was set at $7,000.
Rickey Alan Brammer, 60, of Malvern, was arrested July 29 on Sharp Street in Glenwood on a failure-to-appear charge. Bond was set at $2,000.
Jesse William Joslin, 66, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested July 29 near Ingrum Avenue and U.S. Highway 34 West in Glenwood. He was charged with second-offense possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond totaled $2,300.
Lindsey Joanne Krause, 33, of Silver City, was arrested July 30 on Main Street in Mineola and charged with two counts of assault causing bodily injury.
Eduardo Antonio Gonzalez Garcia, 25, of Bellevue, Nebraska, was arrested July 30 near Jabber Road and U.S. Highway 34 in Malvern. He was charged with eluding while traveling 25 miles per hour or more over the speed limit. Bond was set at $5,000.
Christian Joseph Newman, 34, of Pacific Junction, was arrested July 30 on Main Street in Mineola and charged with assault causing bodily injury. Bond was set at $1,000.
Lewis Leroy Riche, 23, of Glenwood, was arrested July 31 on North Vine Street in Glenwood. He was charged with assault causing bodily injury and child endangerment. Bond on the child endangerment charge was set at $3,000.
Bradley R. Clay, 42, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested August 1 near Bunge Avenue and Wabash Avenue in Council Bluffs and charged with first-offense operating while intoxicated. Bond was set at $1,000.
Matthew Paul Dennis, 41, of Council Bluffs, was arrested August 3 near Ingrum Avenue and U.S. Highway 34 West in Glenwood and charged with driving while barred. Bond was set at $2,000.
Nickolaus Brett Bennett Sr., 32, of Plattsmouth, Nebraska, was arrested August 3 on Industrial Road in Glenwood on a contempt charge for disobeying a court or tribunal order.
Jeanne Lee West, 63, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested August 3 near 225th Street in Glenwood and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $300.
Diane Davis, 68, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested shortly after midnight August 4 near 225th Street in Glenwood and charged with possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $1,000.
Mikel Ann Erickson, 35, of Lewis, was arrested August 4 on Sharp Street in Glenwood on a felony failure-to-appear charge. Bond was set at $5,000.
John Robert Fuller, 72, of Henderson, was arrested August 7 in the area of 370th Street in Henderson and charged with first-offense operating while intoxicated. Bond was set at $1,000.
Logan Neil Petersen, 27, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested August 7 near West First Street in Malvern. He was charged with third-offense possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and assault involving the display of a dangerous weapon. Listed bond amounts totaled $4,300.
Paula Kaye McFarland, 51, of West Haven, Utah, was arrested August 8 along U.S. Highway 34 in Emerson and charged with first-offense operating while intoxicated. Bond was set at $1,000.
The Mills County Sheriff’s Office listed 16 total arrest records for the reporting period. All criminal charges are accusations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
