The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports two arrests between September 10 and September 17.
On September 12, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested 63-year-old Wade Allan Anderson of Griswold on a charge of first-offense operating while intoxicated. Anderson was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and released on bond.
On September 16, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested 62-year-old Elvin Allen Shrimpton of Exira on a charge of first-offense operating while intoxicated. Shrimpton was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and held.
All criminal charges are accusations, and defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
