The Cass County Sheriff’s Office has released its latest arrest report covering activity from March 26 through April 1 2026

Cass County, Iowa — The Cass County Sheriff’s Office has released its latest arrest report covering activity from March 26 through April 1, 2026.

According to the report, three individuals were arrested on separate charges during the reporting period.

On March 26, 2026, deputies arrested 35-year-old Mikel Ann Erickson of Lewis on a charge of assault. Erickson was transported to the Cass County Jail, where she was booked and later released following a guilty plea.

On March 28, 2026, 34-year-old Troy James Walker of Atlantic was arrested on charges of second-degree theft involving property valued between $1,500 and $10,000, as well as obstruction of prosecution or defense. Walker was taken to the Cass County Jail, booked, and later released on bond.

On April 1, 2026, deputies arrested 70-year-old Robin Diane Loring of Lewis on a charge of operating while intoxicated, first offense. Loring was transported to the Cass County Jail, where she was booked and later released on her own recognizance.

All arrests were conducted by the Cass County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities remind the public that all criminal charges are merely accusations and that defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
