The Cass County Sheriff’s Office has released its latest arrest report covering activity from April 9 through April 20, 2026

ATLANTIC, Iowa — The Cass County Sheriff’s Office has released its latest arrest report covering activity from April 9 through April 20, 2026.

According to the report, multiple individuals were arrested on a variety of charges ranging from driving offenses to warrant-related violations. Authorities remind the public that all charges are accusations and defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Among those arrested:

On April 10, 2026, Dakota Lynn Girouex, 28, of Villisca, was arrested by the Cass County Sheriff’s Office on charges of interference with official acts, reckless driving, eluding while speeding over the limit (second offense), and driving while barred. Girouex was transported to the Cass County Jail and held.

On April 13, 2026, John Mark Topham, 31, of Griswold, turned himself in on Cass County warrants for two counts of violation of probation and one count of nuisance—obstruction of land passage. He was booked into the Cass County Jail and later released on bond.

Also on April 13, Joshua Kenneth Wolcott, 38, of Griswold, was arrested on a charge of driving while barred. He was booked into the Cass County Jail and later released on his own recognizance.

On April 14, 2026, Dylan Michael Moody, 31, of Council Bluffs, was arrested on charges of driving while barred and possession of drug paraphernalia. Moody was booked into the Cass County Jail and later transferred to another agency.

On April 15, 2026, Ricky Lee Roby, 70, of Lewis, was arrested on a Cass County warrant for failure to appear. He was transported to the Cass County Jail and held.

On April 16, 2026, John Phillip-Smart Vasquez, 22, of Atlantic, was arrested on a Cass County warrant for contempt—violation of a no contact order. He was booked into the Cass County Jail and later released on his own recognizance.

On April 19, 2026, Nicholas Wayne Miles, 49, of Lewis, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated (first offense). He was booked into the Cass County Jail and later released on his own recognizance.

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office handled all arrests
