A Creston man was arrested Wednesday night on a domestic abuse charge

CRESTON, Iowa — A Creston man was arrested Wednesday night on a domestic abuse charge, according to the Creston Police Department.

Authorities say Hoss Franklin McKay, 32, of 516 W. Mills Street, was taken into custody at his residence on March 18 at approximately 10:31 p.m.

McKay was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault – 2nd Offense. Following his arrest, he was transported to the Union County Jail. Officials report that he is being held without bond until he appears before a judge.

The Creston Police Department handled the arrest.
