Cass County Sheriff’s Office Releases Arrest Report Covering June 25 Through July 9

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office has released its latest arrest report, covering arrests from June 25, 2026, through 10 a.m. on July 9, 2026.

Authorities remind the public that all criminal charges are accusations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

According to the report, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office made several arrests during the reporting period.

On June 30, deputies arrested 58-year-old Martin Ray Gress of Anita on a Cass County warrant for violation of the sex offender registry, second offense. Gress was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and released on bail.

Also on June 30, deputies arrested 62-year-old Janelle Sue Tucker of Harlingen, Texas, on a charge of OWI, first offense. Tucker was transported to the Cass County Jail, where she was booked and released on her own recognizance.

On July 1, deputies arrested 52-year-old Annette Rae Exman of Adair on charges of OWI, first offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Exman was transported to the Cass County Jail, where she was booked and released on bond.

On July 3, deputies arrested 19-year-old Mason Michael Dougherty of Marne on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Dougherty was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and released on bond.

On July 5, deputies arrested 61-year-old Randall Joe Conry of Griswold on charges of OWI, third offense, no valid driver’s license, and failure to maintain control. Conry was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and held.

On July 6, 21-year-old Patrison Fiti of Atlantic turned himself in on a Cass County warrant for failure to appear. Fiti was booked and held at the Cass County Jail.

Also on July 6, deputies arrested 33-year-old Michael Scott Riley of Lewis on charges of burglary, first degree, and older individual assault, first offense with injury. Riley was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and held.

Deputies also arrested 47-year-old Tawna Lee Parker of Atlantic on July 6 on charges of two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Parker was transported to the Cass County Jail, where she was booked and released on bond.

That same day, deputies arrested 30-year-old Sarah Jo Porter of Cumberland on charges of two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Porter was transported to the Cass County Jail, where she was booked and released on bond.

Also on July 6, deputies arrested 25-year-old Boston Lee Shupe of Council Bluffs on charges of domestic abuse assault, first offense, and possession of marijuana, third offense. Shupe was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and released on bond.

On July 8, deputies arrested 25-year-old Anisia Valentina King of Omaha, Nebraska, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, second offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia. King was transported to the Cass County Jail, where she was booked and held.
