Cass County Sheriff’s Office Reports Recent Arrests

ATLANTIC, Iowa — The Cass County Sheriff’s Office has released its latest arrest report covering activity from May 7 through May 15, 2026. All criminal charges are accusations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

On May 10, deputies arrested Arthur Matthew Davis Jr., 48, of Atlantic, on a charge of OWI — 2nd Offense. Davis was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and released on his own recognizance.

On May 13, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Morgan Barbara Dvorak, 34, of Atlantic, on a charge of OWI — 1st Offense. Dvorak was taken to the Cass County Jail, booked, and released on her own recognizance.

Also on May 13, deputies arrested Rhonda Michelle Hafner, 65, of Griswold, on charges of Possession of Marijuana — 1st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Hafner was transported to the Cass County Jail, booked, and released on bond.

On May 14, Sinomi Rachunap, 31, of Omaha, Nebraska, turned himself in to the Cass County Sheriff’s Office on a Cass County warrant for Failure to Appear. Rachunap was booked and released on bond.

Also on May 14, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Harry Richard Wood Jr., of Massena, on a charge of Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order. Wood was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and held.
