The Cass County Sheriff’s Office has released information on arrests occurring between August 7 and August 17, 2026.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
On Friday, August 7, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Roger Dwayne Vincent Jr., 46, of Anita, on a Cass County Sheriff’s Office warrant for Kidnapping in the First Degree and five counts of Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree. During the arrest, Vincent received an additional charge of Possession of Marijuana in the Third Degree. He was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and held.
On Thursday, August 13, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Evelyn Moon Eastman, 19, of Atlantic, on two counts of Assault with Bodily Injury. Eastman was transported to the Cass County Jail, where she was booked and later released on bond.
