The Cass County Sheriff’s Office has released its latest arrest report covering activity from April 20 through April 23

ATLANTIC, Iowa — The Cass County Sheriff’s Office has released its latest arrest report covering activity from April 20 through April 23, 2026.

According to the report, five individuals were arrested on a variety of charges during that time period. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On April 20, 2026, Roger Paulino, 35, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, was arrested on a charge of Public Intoxication. He was transported to the Cass County Jail, booked, and later released following a guilty plea.

Also on April 20, Louie Mitchell Hahn, 62, of Atlantic, was arrested on a Cass County warrant for Failure to Appear. Hahn was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and held.

On April 21, 2026, Anthony Gabriel Mejia Cardona, 19, of Des Moines, was arrested on charges of Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs and Possession of Marijuana, 1st offense. He was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and held.

Later on April 21, Dina Louise Hoskins, 65, of Atlantic, was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated, 1st offense. Hoskins was transported to the Cass County Jail, booked, and later released on bond.

On April 22, 2026, Angela Kay Logemann, 48, of Atlantic, was arrested on a charge of Domestic Abuse Assault, 1st offense. Logemann was transported to the Cass County Jail, where she was booked and later released on bond.

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office handled each of the arrests.
