Gray Land Service Focuses on Local Relationships, Ag Real Estate in Southwest Iowa

Gray Land Service is continuing to grow its presence in southwest Iowa, offering a locally focused approach to ag real estate, acreages, and residential properties.

Owner Nick Gray, who has been a realtor for about five years, launched Gray Land Service after obtaining his broker’s license in September.

The company specializes in rural properties, including farmland, acreages, and homes, while also offering farm appraisals through a separate partnership.

“We focus on rural—ag land and acreages—and relationships,” Gray said. “That’s really what sets us apart. We know this area and the people here.”

Gray emphasized that while larger firms may cover broad regions, his business is intentionally centered on southwest Iowa communities like Red Oak, Stanton, Shenandoah, Clarinda, and Corning.

Joining him is Jessica DeMarce, who recently earned her real estate license after working alongside Gray for more than a year.

DeMarce said her decision to enter the field was driven by her connection to the area.

“I love southwest Iowa. It’s home, and it’s where I raised my kids,” DeMarce said.
