Glenwood police report two arrests in May 2-3 press log
The Glenwood Police Department reported two arrests in an arrest press log covering May 2 through May 3, 2026.
According to the log, Cindy Lynn Swanson, 41, of Glenwood, was arrested at 4:06 p.m. May 2 on Elliott Street. The listed charge was an out-of-county/state warrant.
The log also shows Ciera Lynn Henke, 33, of Council Bluffs, was arrested at 10:46 p.m. May 3 near North Sixth Street and North Locust Street. Henke was booked on charges of driving while barred and operating while intoxicated, second offense. The press log listed bond at $2,000 on each charge.
The department’s press log notes that criminal charges are accusations and that defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
