Mills County Sheriff’s Office Reports Seven Arrests
GLENWOOD, Iowa — The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reported seven arrests from Monday, April 20 through Sunday, April 26.
According to the arrest press log, James Lee Wredt, 49, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested April 20 at 10:11 p.m. at Lytle Avenue and Noyes Avenue in Glenwood. Wredt was charged with public intoxication and driving under suspension. Bond was set at $300 on each charge.
Alana Jolene Gerhart, 19, of Pacific Junction, was arrested April 21 at 3:45 a.m. in Council Bluffs. Gerhart was charged with OWI, first offense. Bond was set at $1,000.
Joshua Tyler Herron, 36, of Honey Creek, Iowa, was arrested April 21 at 8:56 p.m. on 188th Street in Pacific Junction. Herron was charged with false identification of a law/public service officer and an out-of-county/state warrant. Bond was listed at $300 on the false ID charge and $0 on the warrant.
Cristyan NMN Gonzalez Cardon, 28, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested April 22 at 2:18 p.m. on South Locust Street in Glenwood. Gonzalez Cardon was charged with two counts of violation of a no-contact order-domestic. Bond was set at $300 on each count.
Christopher Allen Vanderloo, 59, of Council Bluffs, was arrested April 23 at 1:51 p.m. on U.S. Highway 34 in Glenwood. Vanderloo was charged with two counts of third-degree burglary. Bond was listed at $10,000 on one count and $0 on the other.
Dustin Lee Mattox, 44, of Shenandoah, was arrested April 23 at 1:59 p.m. on Sharp Street in Glenwood. Mattox was charged with failure to appear-citation. Bond was set at $5,000.
Pedro R. Alejos Mendez, 44, of Marietta, Georgia, was arrested April 24 at 7:18 a.m. at an area listed as Street/U.S. Highway 34 West in Pacific Junction. Alejos Mendez was charged with reckless driving. Bond was set at $300.
The Mills County Sheriff’s Office noted that a criminal charge is merely an accusation, and defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty
