Inman Elementary has a busy week ahead as construction begins, families adjust to new traffic patterns, and students celebrate Read Across America Week.
Starting immediately, kindergarten through second grade students (and older siblings) will be dropped off on Inman Drive. Third through sixth grade families will continue using Circle Drive, but buses will now unload there as well. Please do not pass buses and use extra caution. Families are asked to arrive no earlier than five minutes before arrival or dismissal and to be patient as everyone adjusts.
Parents picking up students early or dropping off late should call ahead, as construction at the main entrance will require staff to walk to the door to assist visitors.
Today is also the state open enrollment deadline for grades 1–12. Families interested in open enrolling into Red Oak should contact the central office to complete paperwork.
There will be no preschool Tuesday due to professional development.
Read Across America dress-up days include:
Monday – Favorite color
Tuesday – Crazy socks
Wednesday – Pajamas
Thursday – Dress as your favorite profession
Friday – Wear your favorite hat
