Inman Elementary: Regular Schedule Monday, Virtual Learning Packets Due, Preschool Intent Form Coming Today, FAST Testing Underway

Inman Elementary Principal Dr. Jane Chaillie joined KCSI this morning with several reminders for families.

School is on a regular schedule today. With dangerous wind chills, please bundle students up for drop-off and avoid sending kids to school underdressed for the weather.

Reminder from Friday’s virtual learning day: K–4 students should return their green virtual learning packet today. Turning in the packet is how attendance is counted for the virtual learning day. Please keep the remaining packets at home for the next time we have a virtual learning day. If something wasn’t understood or completed, add a note and send it back. Families have up to three days to submit the work for attendance.

Preschool planning is also starting for next year. Later today, the preschool intent form will be posted on the Red Oak Elementary Facebook page (and likely the district page). This is for children who will be 4 years old by September 15. The form is simple and helps the school connect with families ahead of preschool roundup in April
