Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports five arrests

The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reported five arrests between Monday, July 20, and Sunday, July 26.

On Monday, July 20, at approximately 9:30 a.m., Mills County deputies arrested 33-year-old Hussein Jama Ibrahim of Omaha, Nebraska, on South 10th Street in Council Bluffs. Ibrahim was charged with violation of probation and was being held on $5,000 bond.

On Tuesday, July 21, at approximately 11:43 p.m., deputies arrested 26-year-old Martin Aleczander Harless of Malvern on Main Street in Malvern. Harless was charged with driving under suspension. Bond was set at $300.

On Wednesday, July 22, at approximately 11:39 p.m., deputies arrested 55-year-old Buddy William Warren of Council Bluffs near Highway 34 in Hastings. Warren was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense. Bond was set at $1,000.

On Saturday, July 25, at approximately 2:27 p.m., deputies arrested 44-year-old Royal Emery Robertson of Omaha, Nebraska, on southbound Interstate 29 near Pacific Junction. Robertson was arrested on an out-of-county or out-of-state warrant. No bond amount was listed in the release.

On Sunday, July 26, at approximately 4:41 p.m., deputies arrested 45-year-old Luke Ahrens Jensen of Glenwood on Industrial Road in Glenwood. Jensen was charged with violating a no-contact or protective order. No bond amount was listed in the release.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation. All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
