Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports six arrests from May 4 through May 10

GLENWOOD, Iowa — The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reported six arrests during the week of May 4 through May 10, 2026, according to the department’s arrest press log. Criminal charges are accusations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.

Michael M. Eicher Jr., 25, of Ashland, Nebraska, was arrested May 4 at 12:02 p.m. on South Locust Street in Glenwood. Eicher was charged with possession of marijuana, first offense. Bond was set at $1,000.

Justin Paul Raber, 25, of Ashland, Nebraska, was arrested May 4 at 12:04 p.m. on South Locust Street in Glenwood. Raber was charged with possession of marijuana, first offense. Bond was set at $1,000.

Rickey Alan Brammer, 60, of Malvern, was arrested May 4 at 7:28 p.m. at Jabber Road and Keys Avenue near Malvern. Brammer was charged with possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $1,000.

Damian Blain, 34, of Council Bluffs, was arrested May 6 at 11:25 a.m. on Sharp Street in Glenwood. Blain was charged with failure to appear. Bond was set at $2,000.

Skylr Michael Barry, 34, of Council Bluffs, was arrested May 6 at 9:54 p.m. on Glover Road in Pacific Junction. Barry was arrested on an out-of-county/state warrant. Bond was set at $5,000.

Christopher Lee McDaniel, 36, of Pacific Junction, was arrested May 8 at 5:59 p.m. on Glover Road in Pacific Junction. McDaniel was charged with first-degree harassment involving threats. Bond was set at $2,000.
