Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests between March 23 and March 29

MILLS COUNTY, Iowa — The Mills County Sheriff’s Office released its arrest log covering activity from March 23 through March 29, 2026, with three individuals taken into custody on various charges.

According to the report, Adrian Charles Bauer, 48, of Emerson, was arrested March 24 at approximately 4:39 p.m. near Bradford Avenue and Lowell Avenue in Emerson. Bauer was charged with public intoxication, two counts of third-degree harassment, and disorderly conduct for loud noise. Bond was set at $300 for the intoxication and disorderly conduct charges.

On March 25 at approximately 9:17 a.m., Nicholas James Gragg, 34, of Malvern, was arrested on Industrial Road in Glenwood. Gragg was charged with violation of a no-contact order related to a domestic case. Bond was set at $300.

Jeri Renee Dall, 58, of Henderson, was arrested March 27 at approximately 8:05 p.m. along Interstate 29 south near Pacific Junction. Dall was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and operating while intoxicated, first offense. Bond was set at $1,000 for the OWI charge and $300 for the paraphernalia charge.

All arrests were made by the Mills County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities remind the public that all charges are accusations, and individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
