Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Reports Three Arrests

MONTGOMERY COUNTY. IOWA.  At around 12:15 a.m., Montgomery County deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 2500 block of North Broadway Street in Red Oak. Upon further investigation, deputies arrested 43-year-old Chasidy Leann Roberts for operating while intoxicated, first offense. Robertson was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where she was held on $1,000 bond.

Later that day, at around 3:58 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop near 200th Street and G Avenue for a speed violation of 104 miles per hour in a 45 mile per hour zone. Upon further investigation, deputies arrested 56-year-old Kristen Marie Hughes of Red Oak, Iowa for operating while intoxicated, second offense. Hughes was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where she was being held on $2,000 bond.

At around 7:22 p.m., Montgomery County deputies arrested 23-year-old Mason Allen Nickolas Davidson of Villisca, Iowa, for domestic abuse assault, first offense. Davidson was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was being held on no bond.
