RED OAK — A Red Oak man was arrested late Friday night on domestic abuse and emergency communication charges.
The Red Oak Police Department reports officers arrested 36-year-old Kristopher Carl Friesenhahn at approximately 11:30 p.m. Friday, July 17, in the 800 block of North Second Street.
Friesenhahn was charged with domestic abuse assault impeding the flow of air or blood, an aggravated misdemeanor, and obstruction of emergency communication, a simple misdemeanor.
He was taken to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was being held without bond at the time the information was released.
All persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
