The Red Oak Police Department reports two arrests from Thursday, July 9.
At approximately 5:30 p.m., officers arrested 38-year-old Jessica Dady of Red Oak on a charge of possession of marijuana, first offense, a serious misdemeanor.
Dady was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and was being held on $1,000 cash or surety bond at the time the information was released.
Later Thursday, at approximately 11:23 p.m., Red Oak Police officers conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of Highway 34.
During the stop, officers arrested 42-year-old Donnell Thomas of Omaha, Nebraska, on a Plymouth County warrant for violation of probation.
Thomas was taken to the Montgomery County Jail and was being held on $5,000 cash or surety bond at the time of the release
