RED OAK — The Red Oak Police Department reported two arrests Monday evening on outstanding probation-violation warrants.
At approximately 6:05 p.m. Monday, July 20, officers arrested 36-year-old Kristopher Carl Friesenhahn in the 100 block of West Corning Street. Friesenhahn was taken into custody on a valid Montgomery County warrant for violation of probation. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $2,000 cash bond.
At approximately 6:40 p.m., officers arrested 30-year-old Zachary Aaron Thomas in the 300 block of North Broad Street. Thomas was arrested for violation of probation involving grooming and attempt to entice a minor. He was taken into custody and turned over to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office, where he was being held without bond.
All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
