The Cass County Sheriff’s Office has released its latest arrest report covering activity from March 12 through the morning of March 20

ATLANTIC, Iowa — The Cass County Sheriff’s Office has released its latest arrest report covering activity from March 12 through the morning of March 20, 2026.

According to the report, two individuals were arrested during that time period. Authorities remind the public that all charges are accusations and defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

On March 13, 2026, deputies arrested 20-year-old Kaiden Dale Jarvis Schooling of Cumberland on a charge of Operating While Intoxicated, First Offense. Schooling was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.

On March 15, 2026, 51-year-old Timothy Alan Wells of Stuart was arrested on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Wells was taken to the Cass County Jail, booked, and later released after posting bond.

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office handled both arrests.
