Glenwood Police Report: Two Arrests Reported

GLENWOOD, Iowa — The Glenwood Police Department reported two arrests in its latest arrest press log covering June 15 through June 16, 2026.

Melanie Jean Maytum, 55, of Glenwood, was arrested on June 15 at 12:08 p.m. on Sharp Street. She was charged with failure to appear. Bond was set at $1,000.

Coleby Jay Becker, 19, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on June 15 at 5:55 p.m. in the area of North Locust Street. He was charged with eluding — speed 25 over the limit. Bond was set at $5,000.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
