Red Oak Police Chief Justin Rhamy and the Red Oak Police Department report the arrest of 38-year-old Bryan Daniel King of Red Oak.
According to the arrest report, King was arrested on Monday, July 6th, at approximately 12:01 p.m. in the 600 block of North 3rd Street in Red Oak. The report lists one count of assault causing serious injury, an aggravated assault charge classified as a felony under Iowa Code 708.2(5).
King was transported to the Montgomery County Jail. At the time of the release of the information, he was being held on no bond.
