RED OAK — A Red Oak man was arrested following a traffic stop late Saturday night.
According to the Red Oak Police Department, officers conducted the traffic stop at approximately 11:50 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, in the 1100 block of Miller Avenue.
Officers arrested 52-year-old Fredrick Lee Miles of Red Oak on a charge of operating while intoxicated, second offense.
Miles was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and was being held on $2,000 cash or surety bond at the time the information was released.
All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
