Red Oak Police Department Arrests – August 13, 2026

On Thursday, August 13, 2026, at approximately 3:20 p.m., officers with the Red Oak Police Department were dispatched to the 1800 block of Summit Street for a reported assault. Upon investigation, officers arrested Marcia Yvonne Hopp on a charge of assault with bodily injury. Hopp was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and is being held on a $1,000 bond.

Also on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at approximately 10:39 p.m., officers with the Red Oak Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 700 block of Park Avenue. Officers arrested 57-year-old Jean Marie Noyes of Red Oak for operating while intoxicated, first offense. Noyes is being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $1,000 cash or surety bond.
