Red Oak Police report arrest for driving while suspended
RED OAK, Iowa — The Red Oak Police Department reports the arrest of a Red Oak woman following a traffic stop early Friday morning.
According to the department, officers conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Valley Street at approximately 2:35 a.m. on Friday, October 2, 2026.
Officers report the arrest of 33-year-old Bradina Gary of Red Oak for driving while suspended.
Gary was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where she was being held on $491.25 cash or surety bond at the time the information was released.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
