Emily Martin, Development Specialist with Nishna Productions, joined KCSI/KOAK to recap a strong community response to this year’s Night to Shine event and to share several updates, including job openings and new events on the calendar.
Nishna Productions Development Specialist Emily Martin shared highlights from this year’s Night to Shine (Tim Tebow Foundation), hosted by St. Mary’s Church in Shenandoah at the Elks Club. The event welcomed 116 honored guests and 163 volunteers, with guests enjoying dinner, the red carpet, karaoke, dancing, and photos.
Nishna Productions is also hiring, with the biggest need in Malvern and Montgomery County for Direct Support Professionals (full-time, part-time, and floater options). Starting pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour depending on experience and location. Apply at nichna.org under the Careers tab.
Upcoming events: Coffee and donuts on Monday, March 17 at 8:30 a.m. at 204 S. Broadway in Red Oak. Save the date for the Nishna golf tournament on July 9 in Shenandoah.
