Montgomery County man arrested on driving-while-suspended charge after early-morning traffic stop

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports deputies conducted a traffic stop around 1:25 a.m. on Feb. 26 (date listed in the release as 2/26/25) in the 2400 block of J Avenue. Following an investigation, deputies arrested 34-year-old Aaron Gar Nelson of Red Oak on a charge of Driving While Suspended.

Nelson was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was being held on a $491.25 bond.
