RED OAK, Iowa — A Red Oak man was arrested Saturday morning on a theft charge following an incident.
According to the Red Oak Police Department, officers arrested 46-year-old Michael Shane Webster at approximately 10:30 a.m. on April 25, 2026. The arrest took place in the 500 block of East Reed Street.
Webster was charged with Theft in the 3rd Degree, an aggravated misdemeanor.
Following his arrest, Webster was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was being held on a $2,000 bond.
The Red Oak Police Department handled the investigation and arrest.
