RED OAK, Iowa — A Creston man was arrested Monday afternoon in Red Oak on a driving-related charge.
According to the Red Oak Police Department, 51-year-old Gregory Anthony Deon was arrested at 1:55 p.m. on April 13, 2026. The arrest took place at 2nd and Walnut Streets in Red Oak.
Deon was charged with driving while license suspended, listed in the report as a scheduled violation. The report states he was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $491.25 bond.
In the remarks section of the report, police noted Deon was arrested for driving while suspended in Red Oak and that the charge involved 23 active prior suspensions. The report also states he was being held in the Montgomery County Jail.
The Red Oak Police Department handled the arrest. No other information was released.
