Creston Police Report Two Arrests on March 19
CRESTON, Iowa — The Creston Police Department reported two arrests occurring on March 19, 2026, involving multiple charges including eluding and driving offenses.
At approximately 1:10 p.m., officers arrested Adrian Michael Lillie, 18, of Creston, near Hi and Dry and 190th Street. Lillie was charged with Failure to Appear, Interference with Official Acts, Driving While Barred as a Habitual Offender, Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana, first offense), and Eluding.
Authorities transported Lillie to the Union County Jail, where he was held on a $10,300 cash or surety bond.
Later that evening at approximately 7:02 p.m., officers arrested Shaeina Laitaija Raeche Allison, 37, of Creston, at the intersection of Howard and Pine streets. Allison was charged with Driving While Suspended.
She was released from custody on a Promise to Appear.
The Creston Police Department handled both incidents.
