Garage sale fundraiser
- Friday, June 5
- Begins at 8 a.m.
- At the McCalpin Place in Red Oak
- Mostly free-will offer or “make an offer”
- Some tagged items, including prom dresses
- Donation jar available
- All proceeds go to the Shrine Bowl
Dinner and silent auction fundraiser
- Thursday, June 20
- 4 to 8 p.m., or until food runs out
- At the Elks in Red Oak
- Dine-in or carryout
- Free-will donation
- Menu: pork loin, cheesy potatoes, cowboy baked beans, dessert
- Silent auction closes at 8 p.m.
- Winners will be contacted afterward
Shrine Bowl details
- Shrine Bowl game is July 24
- Gabby will spend the week at UNI
- Activities include cheer camp, hospital visits, community activities, parade, banquet, and the football game
- Cheerleaders are split into groups and rotate during the game
